Chat Page

Step 1: Start Chatting

On the chat page, type your message in the bar that says “Type a message...” To send your message, press Enter on your keyboard or click the send icon on the bottom right.

Step 2: Use Extra Features

To use emojis, click the emoji icon beside the send button. To use speech-to-text, click the mic icon next to it and speak your message.

Step 3: Switch Chat Models

To improve chat experience, you can change the chat model. Click “CR 0.0” located just below the bell icon on the top right. A dropdown menu will appear—select your preferred model.

Step 4: Explore Fantasy Options

Click the “Fantasy” button at the top middle of the screen. A menu will slide in from the right with different fantasy options. Click on any fantasy to explore or activate it.

Edit Message, Copy Message, Delete Message, and Image Generation

Step 1: Access Message Options

On the chat page, hover or tap on your own message.

You’ll see three horizontal dots appear on the left side of your message.

Step 2: Open Message Menu

Click the three horizontal dots. A dropdown menu will appear with these options:

  • Copy
  • Edit Message
  • Delete Message

Step 3: Copy a Message

Click “Copy” to copy the message text to your clipboard.

Step 4: Edit a Message

Click “Edit Message” to make changes to the original message.

Step 5: Delete Messages

Click “Delete Message.” You’ll see checkboxes appear on the right side of all your messages. Select the messages you want to delete.

When selected, all messages below your selected message (including companion replies) will also be marked for deletion. Click “Remove” at the bottom middle of the screen to confirm and delete.

Step 6: Image Generation (Premium Feature)

To generate images, you must be a premium user.

When the companion sends a message, you’ll see three icons below the companion’s message:

  • Repeat
  • Image Generation Icon
  • Expand Message

Click the Image Generation Icon to generate an image based on the companion’s latest message.

Click the Repeat to change the companion’s latest message.

Editing Companion & User Details

Edit Companion Details:

Click the info icon beside the chat model name (“CR 0.0”) just below the bell icon. A companion details panel will slide in from the right. Click “Edit Profile” to go to the editing screen. Update traits, initial greeting, and persona, then click “Save & Continue Chat” to return to chat

Edit User Details:

Click your profile picture on the top right, then select “My Account.” On the Basic Details page, you can update your name, age, gender, and image style (Realistic or Anime). Click “Save & Update” to apply your changes.

Change of Level

Step 1: View Progress Bar

Look at the top left corner of the window, beside the ChatReal.ai logo. You’ll see a progress bar that fills from left to right.

Step 2: Earn Points

Each message you send earns you points:

  • +10 points for a short message
  • +20 points for a long message

Step 3: Watch Your Level Change

As you earn points, the progress bar fills up. When full, your level changes in this order: “Spark” → “Flow” → “Calm”
