How to Delete Your Account on ChatReal.ai

At ChatReal.ai, we understand that there may be various personal reasons for deciding to delete your account. Before proceeding, please keep in mind that all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. This includes:

• Profile data of your companion
• Earned coins
• Subscription plans
• Purchased assets
• Chat history, links, and photos during your conversations

Steps to Delete Your Account

Follow these simple steps to delete your account on both the ChatReal mobile app and web app:

1. Open the ChatReal app on your device.
2. Tap on “My Account” in the top right corner of the homepage.
3. Select “Delete Account” from the available options.
4. A warning screen will appear, outlining the consequences of deleting your account. If you’re sure about this decision, tap “Continue”.
5. Choose a reason for deleting your account from the provided options.
6. After selecting, tap “Delete”.
7. A countdown will begin, and once it finishes, your account will be permanently deleted.
